EMORI
A self-help tool that evaluates the user's emotion management skills and helps them improve by tracking mood and performing arts-based tasks in both the app and nature. This app is based on a cognitive behavioural therapy approach.

The project began as an interdisciplinary collaboration between design, psychology, and programming specialists, exploring new ways to support emotion regulation. Through research, workshops, and concept development, the idea evolved into a digital tool focused on personalization and evidence-based techniques for emotional support.

Research-based content provided by Riga Stradiņš University, originally used in art therapy sessions, was adapted from paper format into a digital experience. This process involved testing, iteration, and close collaboration to ensure the content remained engaging, clear, and effective in an interactive format.

In the final stage, the app was developed into a clear and accessible platform with a strong focus on user experience. Feedback from field experts helped refine the interface and improve functionality. The project received multiple awards and is planned for further development, with the goal of bringing EMORI to a wider audience.
